These terms govern your use of Project Edge, a platform operated by Kingdom Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 63 630 859 282), trading as Project Edge. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
Project Edge is a business-to-business platform. Developers, master agents and channel managers publish project stock, and accredited agents view and transact on it. We are not the vendor, we are not your agent, and we are not a party to any contract of sale.
Accounts are approved by us before first use. Access to an individual project is granted separately by the channel manager responsible for that project. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authority.
If you add agents beneath your own account, you remain responsible for their conduct on the platform and for removing them when they leave your agency.
Pricing, availability, floorplans, areas, incentives and completion dates are supplied by the developer or channel manager who controls the project. We publish that information; we do not independently verify it. Always confirm details in writing with the channel manager before relying on them, and never present them to a purchaser as our representation.
Availability can change at any moment. A unit shown as available may be sold before you act.
Lodging a reservation through Project Edge records purchaser details, the reservation fee and identification documents, and notifies the channel manager. It does not create a contract, does not reserve the property, and does not bind the vendor. A reservation takes effect only when the channel manager confirms it.
Money never passes through Project Edge. Reservation fees are paid directly to the vendor, the vendor's solicitor or a licensed agent's trust account. We do not hold, handle or have any claim to purchaser funds.
Commission rates displayed are set by the channel manager and are an indication only. Entitlement to commission, the amount, and when it is payable are matters between you and the party appointing you. Project Edge is not liable for unpaid commission.
Brochures, renders, floorplans and photography belong to the developer or channel manager who uploaded them. You may use them to market that project while you hold access. You may not use them for anything else, and your licence ends when your access does.
We aim to keep Project Edge running continuously but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may perform maintenance without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. We are not liable for lost profit, lost commission or lost opportunity.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses stock data, or is used by someone who is not the account holder. Where practical we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. We will try to resolve any dispute with you directly first.
